There is a paint- like compound that is reported to work. Painted on outside window frame, door jambs and crack. Dawn (blue) seems to remove the spots on washable curtains, etc
Yeah, good luck with that 😒.
They are big, stupid, obnoxious, and pack a wallop when they fly across the room and hit you on the face.
They are attracted to heat and light, will want to try to get into the house for shelter, that goes for ladybugs too. And they will find a way into any crevice, so now is the time to calk all the doors and windows. If you have portable air-conditioning units, you should probably remove them now for the winter, because they will get in around and through them. If you notice them at certain windows on a regular basis, try putting some Boris acid power down, and see if it makes a difference, because it works for roaches and spiders.
As bad as they are, I tell myself to be grateful. At least spiders don't fly 😊
I wished I knew the answer to that,we have alot of windows and they go to the windows for the heat I guess,we put up a bug zapper up stairs where they were really bad & that did take care of the biggest problem,& no they don't smell up your house when using the zapper, cause I was afraid of that problem first.
I vacuum them up then throw out the vacuum bag don't mash them they will stink on you

I did the garlic one and it worked last year. Just a pain to wash the windows after. Going to try the dryer sheet one this time. Wish me luck.
Try castor oil
Try spraying peppermint outside around the house.
