I'd speak to the owner. Be aware that male peacocks fly and punch with their feet so don't make them angry. If you can't get any satisfaction from the owner, call Animal Control in your county.

I have to say I sympathize having lived next to two neighbors with them in my life.... oh the screams and the endless poop. Only thing I can think to try is some of that holographic bird tape.... http://www.homedepot.com/p/Bird-B-Gone-Holographic-Flash-Tape-Bird-Deterrent-150-ft-x-2-in-MMAFT-SIL/206044654

Talk to your neighbor. If that doesn't work, call animal control and complain.

Other than shooting them, put a fence between you and your neighbor ( try to get him to help with paying for and installing the fence ) ,

theReally I think, as John said, is to get the help of their owner. Because they can be very aggressive, be sure to arm yourself with a broom or cane and be loud when you approach them. If all else fails, talk with the county's enforcement officers!

String super heavy duty fishline at 10" spacing on the outside of all openings you will not be walking thru ... then do a screen door frame the same way for walking thru. Good luck, those guys are noisy and messy!

Talk to the owner and keep things as pleasant as possible, give at least 2 warnings and follow through with animal control and let them deal with the fines.

Hello, hope this helps you. These birds can be scared away either physically by use of water from sprinklers or by playing tricks on their psychology using scare devices. Invest in the installation of sprinklers in your yard or just have a garden hose ready to spray the birds with water whenever they come into your garden.
