There are copper-based products you can sprinkle on. Power washing and =bleach might help. Check with your local nursery.
you can sprinkle lime on them or if you have a fireplace and use wood spread some of the wood ash on them.
Your best resolve is remove the moss from the rocks to a less shady place that way you can till the moss in your soil.
A Moss Garden is very healthy to maintain for you and your plants.
I personally maintain over 60 square feet of nothing but moss to assist my trees and vegetable Garden but also to keep an increased supply of Oxygen in my environment.
If the moss isn't in an area where people walk and can slip on it, I would leave it alone. It's kind of cool looking and it just means that soil is healthy. If the moss is on a sidewalk, pavers or stepping stones, you can use a very light bleach solution to remove it.
