Sharp, stinging, tiny hairs encompass this entire plant. Stinging nettles have tiny, fuzzy-like white flowers. This plant is edible, with a spinach-like taste. The Chinese make a tea from the leaves which are rich in iron and aids in coagulation and the formation of hemoglobin. It is used as a remedy for anemia, arthritis, urinary ailments, as well as an ingredient in soups & stews. You sure you want to get rid of that plant? Eat / drink it instead.
