How do you get rid od creeping charlie?
My lawn has been over run with creeping charlie, more of it then I have grass. How can I get rid of it?
Hi Sarah. It is very hard to get rid of. I had to use chemicals. I used weed be gone that attaches on the hose. Treat it in fall and again in spring. Good luck!
Oh Amanda! You will never ever erridicate creeping charlie forever. Mother nature is in command! Spread by wind, wildlife and people. Dig them out as they pop up. You can spread chemicals on in the fall and again in the spring.
I do not use any chemicals due to many pets and children. I go the old fashioned route. Boiling water, Epsom salt followed by boiling water or vinegar - then dig out when dead.
Do what is easiest for you!
