Sprinkle Milky Spore on your lawn. It is available from Lowes. It kills the slugs, which is what the moles are eating. I used this and have had no moles for twenty years now!

Also Grubex..for the grubs they eat too
buy the small moth balls, stick them in holes or cast out around the general area you see them.
they hate mothballs- sprinkle those in their holes, best of luck!
My son has good luck with mole traps.If you are older this may not be for you there is some digging involve.
