Pluck them out and spray with full strength vinegar.
When you have mushrooms, it means you have water. Find a way to drain water from the area. One company I know (and probably others do this) plants wheat in the drainage area to remove extra water.
use a vinegar spray, but be really careful using this around any flowers, shrubs, etc.
mushrooms only grow in a dark, damp environment, , I just knock them off with my foot, and let them decompose in the soil.
