no disrespect, but you are apparently in their habitat ... difficult at best .. just be safe, keep ALL !!! garbage/food products out of reach -- IN YOUR HOME until trash day; flashing lights, noise makers, motion activated sprinklers may be a TEMPORARY deterrent ....
Have you considered getting a couple dogs for your fenced yard? It would likely prevent the deer and bear wandering into the fenced area, especially if they are outside basically.
I agree with the dog method or have friends with dogs save the hair and spread that around the fences. Just stay safe with the bear.
get some geese they will sound the alarm whenever an intruder is near!
