Inside we use terro. The stuff is great.

Ant traps, by Terro as Mogie recommended, or another reputable brand. Outdoors, you can use traps (but sometimes squirrels or other wildlife disturb them, so I put a clay flower pot or a rock/pebbles over them) or sprinkle a bait, such as Amdro, wherever you see ant trails. Watch, and you will see them carrying the little pellets back to their nest to share with the colony. Good luck.

Hi Betty, if you know where the ant's nest is you can use Vinegar and some drops of liquid dish soap mixed together and spray it on. You can also try this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1jKgHUg5J4

  • I use a product called Terro. Works every time!

  • Having this problem you can use equal parts of vinegar and water solution, or just pure vinegar. It is because white vinegar kills ants and also repels them.

Another vote for Terro, get it a diy stores and follow package directions.

Also keep your counters clean, they love kitchens and bathrooms. As they walk around they leave a pheromone trail that we can't see, this lets other ants know where to go for food, and they follow it.

If you see any anthills outside, pour boiling water on them. Also if you have a deck or a porch and see a parade of them, use the Terro there and interrupt their path before they enter your trailer.

Hello I like to use both indoor and outdoo ant traps.

Reviews on Amazon back up the use of this Terro product and seems to work very well for my needs.

I use the Terro ant stations outside and smaller traps hidden discretely inside each year they are very effective.

Diatomaceous earth. Food grade is safe for pets & children, in case that is a concern. The best way to dispense is use a condiment bottle, the plastic kind for ketchup or other sauce. The down side is that you have to leave it out to be effective. On the up side, it also takes care of spiders & any other pests with an exoskeleton. If it gets wet, it is still effective once it dries up.

  • Terro liquid bait ant traps work nearly instantly.
