My little 8 1/2 lb. Morkie has fleas, and no matter what commercial protection I use on her, we both have flea bites. To make matters worse, she has had several severe reactions to flea collars.

We use frontline once a month for our 2 dogs. Flea collars are not effective.

There is a flea collar sold at most vet's offices that are very effective and they last for 8 months. We use Serestro collars. Haven't had one flea on either dog or any of the cats in several years. They cost around $60 bucks each but we got a $15 dollar rebate for each. So they work out being much cheaper then Front Line type products.
