How to keep lizards out of my basement, or how to keep them away?

I don't know how they are getting inside, they are all around my home all the time, I keep mice sticky traps in my basement to catch them and it works but I need something to keep them out and from around my home, can somebody help?

You must want bugs then? Lizards are the most organic bug remover that you can find but if you want to get rid of them, first get rid of their food source then eliminate their habitat, clear out shrubs and mulch and leaves around the outside of your house. last is caulk all the cracks that are 1/8th of an inch or larger. Good luck too
