A bird has build a nest behind the solar panel and there are three eggs in it. Once the eggs has hatched and the mother remove them, how will I prevent this from happening again?

Have you tried bird scare tape? It is reflective and helps to keep birds away from the area.
A plastic owl, rubber snakes?
Contact the solar company to install special squirrel/bird guards.
I contacted my solar company and they came, removed the panels, cleaned under them and then installed some type of barrier so the birds could not go under the panels. There are plastic pieces you can get to put on roof edges or window sills to prevent birds from landing or getting comfortable. You see them on commercial building all the time.
If the company will not fix it. A small piece of hardware cloth bent into shape and trimmed to fit should solve it. You will need wire or tin snips and a few zips ties to secure it. I would wear leather gloves because hardware cloth can be sharp.
Janet is correct.... hardware cloth, aka rabbit wire, is readily available in 24 in widths at most large home improvement stores. It bends relatively easily, and cuts with heavy duty shears, tin snips, or wire cutters. Use gloves as the edges can be pokey and sharp.... zip ties or tie wire will hold it in place (there are metal zip ties available and they will hold up to sun and heat better than plastic). Be sure and overlap joints by at least 2-3 inches and secure joints every 3-4 inches.... pigeons, especially will force their way between joints to get where they want to go.... be sure and clean up the excrement with soap and a brush.... the enzymes in the poop can damage roofing over time.
That should have been installed with the solar panels. I just had panels installed, they didn't put them up but I insisted.
If the company will not help and you're looking to do this DIY and as cheaply as possible, here are some fixes: plastic owls, CD's hung so they swirl and show hologram colors, rubber snakes secured to the area.
Light Flashes: Birds like quiet, undisturbed places for nesting, and random flashes of light can make the birds more nervous and less likely to build their nest in that location. Add several small mirrors to unwelcome nesting sites and birds may not only move on because of the light, but their own reflections could fool the birds that the site is already claimed. Mylar strips, reflective wind chimes, and pieces of aluminum foil dangling in a small mobile are other options.
