Hello. You can buy a crabgrass preventer. Scotts has one but most home improvement stores have their own brand which is cheaper. From my experience they all work good. You use a spreader to spread it on the lawn. Crabgrass is a annual and reseeds itself every year. This will prevent the crab grass seeds from germinating. If you do this for a few years you should get rid of it all.
