It happened last week after a couple of days on constant rain, can't see where they're coming from, so I used a can of raid all around the entire perimeter of my kitchen and foyer. Cleveland, Ohio 44130
Thanks!

Use baby powder. I read that online somewhere and it worked for me. It especially helps if you can figure out where they come in. One poof of powder kept mine from coming in thru a windowsill. But they won't cross the baby powder either. Good luck!

Try diatomaceous earth, available at feed stores and other places. It is very, very fine, and when insects pick it up and ingest it, it damages their insides and kills them.

Here in Florida we call them 'ghost ants' because you can hardly see the little buggers. Check to see if windows are properly caulked inside and out. Water will get in thru the smallest of areas possible. We've used borax where possible, otherwise contact a pest control company for their expert advice for resolution. Good luck.

I got ants last year through my kitchen window,I tried ever safe thing. What I found that worked was windex. Took care of them never saw them again. Window needs to be replaced last year was our first year here and I had a pest control company which came out whenever I called but it rained so much that it washed away whatever he sprayed with so I turned to windex. Outside I use cornmeal on patio.
