I have those darn lady bugs in my older home, is there any help?

I live in an old church that I remodeled years ago, and turned it into my home. But I have some lady bugs that get in, and they are a nuisance, is there any solutions that any of you have found to get rid of these things?

Seal around Windows and doors. When we replaced weighted windows we found tons of them. -

I had this same issue. We found them in our windows and any little crack that allowed them to come in from outside. We replaced the windows and now have very few of them. -
