Is there a natural weed/grass killer ?

I want to be able to kill the weeds and grass that grow along the edges of my house, once i root them up.

Mix 1 gallon white vinegar, 1 cup table salt, 1-3 Tablespoons of liquid dish soap (Dawn is great!) together and spray the mixture on the weeds and grass you want gone. It will make the grass roots easier to remove once you've done this and waited a couple of days for it all to wilt and die. You will likely have to do this again and also repeat as needed, but it is an easy, economical and more natural way to get rid of all plant growth than some of the chemical commercial sprays.

Vinegar n soap helps. I use it for the grass that comes in between the brick on our patio

  • Hi Dar - This is what we use and it works like a charm! Good luck! Hugs, Holly
