There is also a portable steam machine with a 3-pronged tine that can be inserted right over the offending weed and you steam the plant and its roots with 300 degrees of killng power WOW! I saw it in a catalog for a company called Hammacher-Schlemmer and it cost something like $200 or so! WOW again. I told a woman about it and she told me she happens to have a steam cleaning machine for her house and was going to give it a try on her weeds. CREATIVE! Well, good luck, Thom. Thanks for contacting Hometalk :)
Look at my reply above to pgwise123 to see what I use.
bleach half and half with water or streight vinegar white
Spray with vinegar. I do not use chemicals either. Boiling water, epsom salt with boiling water and vinegar are my go to for weed abatement.
1 gallon vinegar
1/2 cup blue dawn dish soap
2 cups Epsom salts
works great on unwanted grasses. takes a couple of applications for other weeds.
I looked above and couldn't find it. Why can't you just list it again?
