Hopefully you want to remove the tent caterpillars and not the trees.
These caterpillars will cause damage to your trees by feeding on the leaves.
To remove them you can used gloved hands and grab them out in their tent or use a stick and wind them in it like cotton candy. After you have them, put them in a bucket of soapy water to kill them. If some fall out to the ground stop them with your foot.
