Is there a natural way to kill weeds without killing your lawn?

I tried the vinegar, water, Epson salt and dawn it does work great but it killed my lawn also... Anything that just kills weeds?

    Ice melt, the kind you spread on the sidewalk to melt the ice.

    You can try getting a spray from the nursery that kills the weed but won't kill your lawn. My gardener used it on my lawn.

    I have a feeling the salt and dawn will be what killed your lawn. Try just vinegar and water. A weak concentration may not kill the weeds -- you may need to make it fairly strong. This has had some success I think for the cracks in my sidewalk.

    I read somewhere to use a strong vinegar and water solution, with salt. The salt helps the vinegar adhere.
