In order to get rid of carpenter bees you can plug up carpenter bee holes. Make use of these plugs and caulk in plugging up the holes after the bees have vacated the gallery. Always paint or varnish exposed wood surfaces at youtlr home for them to be less attractive to the bees.
For the carpenter bees, you could spray WD40 in their holes, this takes away their ability to fly and do more damage. Then plug the holes or gaps where they have taken up residence. They will be persistent and keep looking for a place to come into after you have make the plug. Be aware of this, you may have to do further blocking.
The woodpeckers are a tougher problem, they are after food, especially insects. There are many suggestions on the market including ultrasonic repellers and I am not sure how much of this works, you certainly could try. What I would do is bait and switch them by providing food at a distant location so they would forget about your property and go there to feed. They especially like suet. Here's how:
Move their favorite feeder.
Suet feeders will attract a variety of birds, such as woodpeckers, to your garden. This high-calorie treat is particularly good for them during the winter, providing them with the energy to get through the cold months. Set one up— if you don't have one already—and gradually move the feeder away from your home, a few feet each day, until it's well away from your house. Hopefully, you will have trained the woodpeckers to feed on the suet, rather than drumming on your house.

Termite spray will keep carpenter bees away. Make sure to fully saturate the area on all surfaces. I forgot to do under my porch and they were flying under there and boring. Once I got under side coated, they stopped boring and started leaving the area.
Not sure about woodpeckers.
