Vinegar will kill them. Put it on in the day time, the sun will help kill.

The natural way to get rid of weeds is pulling the weeds, digging them up or hoeing them out. You definitely don't want any of the weeds to go to seed and propagate even more weeds. Unfortunately, the more natural ways are also often the most labor intensive. Another option might be to burn them out with the weed burner adapter that fits on a propane torch.
A commercial weed and feed product may work.
I use my watering can fill it with vinegar and pour it on the weeds. It takes a day or two to see the results.
