Mix a solution of half bleach and half water. Use a sprayer to cover the area, scrub it, then use a hose to rinse it off. Be sure to follow all directions on the container and use your protective gear. This method should keep the moss from growing back for as long as a year.

I used oxy clean for the green stuff growing on the deck and sidewalk. a couple of scoops to a half gallon water. its an oxygen bleach and wont kill the grass or landscaping.
Pour vinegar or salt water on the plants.
Wet & forget outdoor is great! It's a no scrub product so it's a little slow but it has kept that crazy green slimy junk off our steps.
