Wasps?

Some people have poured flammable liquids on the nests then very cautiously ignited them. If you're allergic, have someone spray from a distance. The cost of the spray is significantly less than the cost of an E.R. visit.

You can buy a Wasp spray that works pretty well! Just be careful when spraying.

Mix vinegar, salt, and sugar in a container and leave it outside for the wasps to eat. They will be attracted to it because of the sugar, but the vinegar and salt will kill them.

Look for their nest being built like under the eaves of the house. Knock them down after spraying with wasp spray. You can also buy wasp traps and put them in the yard away from your patio or wherever you want to spend most of your outdoor time.
