Spray with solution of water with small amount of Dawn. Spray daily till notice bugs no longer round. It worked well for us.
There are three kinds of stinging bugs in my vegetable garden and they love to suck the juices out my tomatoes! I use Neem oil and cover each green tomato with my husband's used white socks (I Clorox them in the washing machine). Sometimes I have to put two of them on!
Solution water with a few drops Dawn dish soap in spray bottle. Shake before spraying. Spray top and bottom of leaves. I have heard sprinkling Cayenne pepper on will help but I have not tried that. Spray daily till not seen.
Spray the plants making sure the soil,under and over leaves with horticultural oil.

If the insects are grasshoppers I have tried just plain flour. The flour gums up in their mouths and slowly starves them to death.
