Rusted & Loose Black Iron Railing.

The hand rail on our front steps needed to be replaced or repaired. Peter found a way to fix it, for zero $. Now, is solid, safe and will last a very long time.
He remove the rusted area of the lower post; slip a pie preesure threated up inside, wrappedv a piece of aluminum sheet metal around it, sealed with a silicone glue and spray piant.
Here he used a corner bracket; bent to wrap over the edges, drilled a hole, secured it in place with a screw and pianted.

Are you saying he put a pie pressure threaded up inside? If so, what is a pie pressure?
