We would like a gable style to go over front door to side where garage is. We do not know about water flowing off roof where gable meets roof on side. It is 8 ft out from house and porch is 24 ft long
Dana Hi, The first thing you'll need is a permit, because your adding on a structure to an already built house. You can't do this yourself, call a carpenter. If you don't do things up to code you'll be turned down for a certificate of occupancy. You can find a reputable carpenter on HomeAdvisor or Angie's list. Aloha!
