Building a Fairy Garden!
I would like to build a fairy garden. We live in a 55 an above an can't do planting so I need to decorate other ways. I would like to build a couple of fairy homes, rock path, swing, gazebo, welcome sign to the fairy garden all to use in a fairy garden.

look for a large round planter that is not very deep. Nurseries sell these for planting cacti gardens.
Can't imagine why anyone would ever choose to live in a "controlled" environment. I understand the idea is to keep the community beautiful, but who decides what's beautiful. You may be forced to keep your plantings inside out of sight of the lookers. You might consider starting a garden club in your community and then present ideas to the board for approval. You'll find that only container gardens have a chance of being accepted but at least you could add a bit of color and individualism to your home, and maybe the neighbor's. Good luck! You may spend your time visiting local parks for outdoor enjoyment.
