Can we re-build/connect a rotten deck to a dilapidated front porch?

We over look a few acres of woods
Side of house & breezeway between house & garage. This is the part we'd like connected to front porch.

I think its a wonderful Idea to have them around the back where people can't see them as when I done ours to the patio they went missing where you have put them you will get the sun to them all day and into the night
with the timber floor I had a cement that's the only difference -
