First, google it. My thought is, first, you'll need to do framing, then build a short wall to the height you decide the windows will come down to. Install windows and door(s). Finish out the inside how you want, and enjoy.

You are very welcome. It is just the very basics, but maybe gives you a first idea what it will entail to figure out if you'll need help, weather you have friend or family who is knowledgeable enough to help, whether a contractor is called for. The list goes on as you can see. Do your due diligence of researching as much as possible to feel confidence w/ what you're taking on.

Start with a frame then screw in screened screens. You might need a permit. I don't think you need one if your building on to an existing deck. Check with your building inspector on this one. Aloha!

Get the advise of a contractor. Depends on what "flooring" you have now as to how you proceed.
