How can I disguise or cover an ugly gas meter?
The gas meter hangs on the outside wall of my garage. There is only 18” between that wall and a paver walkway. I currently have an Cyprus shrub in front of it, but it is getting overgrown and can not longer be trimmed to an acceptable appearance. Any ideas how to cover my ugly??? Thanks!

Check with the gas company before you do anything to the meter. It may need to be clear of everything to be read.
If it's an issue of deteriorating paint on the meter, the gas company will usually paint it for free, if you ask. Otherwise, follow the previous advice! Utility companies have issued notices in some areas prohibiting plantings or the installing of structures to hide meters.
