Find two bright complementary colors you really like. Use to decorate with. It will marry pieces together like porch furniture , cushions and/or a rug. Before you paint or change anything give your porch a really good cleaning if you haven't already.

Replace cushions on chairs, hang lights, put out pretty pots with flowers in them, find a tabletop "bubbler", wind chimes. Finish with an outdoor rug and pull it all together with the colors you're using.
Add a rug, some plants in pots, string lights or battery operated candles or lanterns, outdoor pillows, colorful cushions on the furniture and maybe a water feature.
