How can I make my Saltillo tile on my patio look better or newer?

My home is about 20+ years old and the tile on the patio doesn't look very good anymore. Is there anything that I can do to it to make it look better?

Perhaps pressure wash it.

Is it faded? Chipped? Missing grout?

  You can try and restain it. Would make it look better. Would be a bit of work though. Are you up for It?

I would pressure wash it and redo the grout.
