You could hang up curtains if you have a covered porch area. Or hang lattice work that's been framed. Or use large pot with taller plants in them.

Maybe grow beans or climbing plants up bamboo or fix a trellis or use old bedsheets and make pockets in them to hold strong canes to keep them in place - like a windbreak! Buy Artificial expanding Foliage Fence panels - maybe
You could add some lattice, if you have somewhere to attach it to! Makes for a pretty yet private setting
