My cement gets stained a lot, I wet/spray it down with water hose to remove any excess dirt. Then I sprinkle it heavily with comet and take broom to scrub it in and I leave it on, in full sun for a day or so. I Rinse and it looks like new again. a white wash stain works too.Helpful Reply -

Make sure they are good and clean first. Let them dry completely. You can then stain them. They have concrete stain, or you can use regular wood stain, then spray sealer over them.Helpful Reply -

Use a pressure washer to get the dirt and dust off. Once clean, you can seal with a product made for concrete.Helpful Reply -
