my husband was in a wheel chair and I needed a walkway to take him out of the door so I used patio blocks and now I have a 20 ft by 10 ft patio area that is just great and saves dirt from being tracked into the house.

Dig out the grass, level the area, use sand not top soil. level again. Place pavers on top. Use a broom and sweep sand between the pavers. Do this about 3 times. Lot of work but so worth it.
