Repel critter paw prints from painted porch
I want to paint my porch a light cream color, but raccoons climb the railing and leave dirty paw prints that are hard to remove. Is it possible to apply a wax of some sort over the paint that will repel the dirt?

Raccoons are constantly foraging for food, is there something they are after? A dog will help keep them at bay.
