You are a lucky duck to have this wonderful shed/garage!! Kayla has some great ideas for finishing the outside. Then, turn the inside into a work shop, place to work on crafts, paint, refinish furniture, do woodworking, ....the possibilities are endless. Also, super place for storage!

I am so jealous! I want a large shed but our lot is downhill and we don't have a place for it. Our garage connected to the house is packed!

You could fix it up and furnish it as a spare bedroom / guest room.

What are you wanting to do out there? Utility; lots of benches and shelves, crafting, painted countertops with file cabinets below, lots of open shelving. If you want a get-away space... paint the inside white, add a love seat or couple of comfy chairs and side tables or coffee table; add some curtains for a splash of your favorite color to the walls, beads, etc. Garden shed if you like gardening.... if you're an artist it would be a great studio for painting or crafting.

If your looking for outside decorative ideas how about fake side window with shutters and a window box and a pretty bench. Place a star in front at top of peak and two front urns filed with flowers. Paint your he trim to match your home.

Scour places for used kitchen cabinets and install them in the garage/shed for storing everything from tools, gardening tools, pots, small appliances you don't have room for in the kitchen, paints, etc. We have to sets of upper cupboards in our garage as well as a long sturdy work bench and four foot long shelves from floor to ceiling and they really come in handy. I wish I had room for more! We use the garage more for projects than storing the car! It has been outside all summer as we restored our fishing boat and motor that we got really cheap because the motor had a miss and all the wood in the floor needed to be replaced and recarpeted. Now we are making things out of the left over marine plywood, like roller boards to put under my big pots. I wish our garage was that big! Mine is only single car.

There is no way I would put photos out of my garage right now, it is a mess, with plywood on saw horses, tools every where, even my gardening stuff. Hubby is not real good about putting away tools or cleaning up after himself. We just finished with the boat and finally put it in front of the house, he is now trying to reorganize the bedlam that he created in the garage as we still can't fit a car in it. I also have a fridge/freezer that was a spare fridge for the basement in our old house in there (not freezing anymore), my side by side that didn't fit in the kitchen and a chest freezer. It is a bit tight to say the least. We haven't finished the roller boards for my plants as we ran out of good casters, that is why we are making these, the ones you can purchase are mostly cheap all plastic ones and don't hold up to moving the bigger pots without falling apart and the good ones are really expensive as you get bigger ones that can hold the really big pots. Getting more casters next week,
