Indoor outdoor rug or paint it to look like it has one one on it
Anything that adds color and some sleeker texture would be great! I'd recommend some sleek metal containers (even upscaled coffee cans would work!) painted in bright colors for planters.
What did you have in mind? You can put down a rug, furniture, potted plants, decor and then no one notices the floor.
Or you can stain or paint the concrete, make sure to clean really well before applying.
I paint mine green each Spring, then set out large pots of plants among the chairs and tables. Got mt paint at Sherwin Williams.

Think of the slab as a floor in your house. After you place your key patio furniture pieces, find an outdoor rug(s) that complement them and then add a couple of complementary accessories to complete the look. A cement slab is a nice neutral base - work with it.
