Old concrete and new concrete do not mix well. You may have to start over and pour a new foundation, if you want the floor level. On the other hand, the patio may be sloped down for water drainage(ours is) so if you are planning on using your concrete floor, that may be a bonus. We had a pergola build on our patio, the contractor allowed for the slant by cutting the posts accordingly.
Use liquid floor leveler. Any big box store will have it. Just pour it on the floor and it will spread out.
