I personally like the bottom one...but you are the one living with this, so it depends what you like, too!

    Bottom!

I think the beige garage door makes the property look much brighter versus the brown.

I like the bottom, it seems to match your front door. This brick is so pretty!

  • My vote is for the top version. Lighter, brighter, more welcoming. Bottom looks like a giant hole in the beautiful brick. Which direction does the garage door face? Let that be your guide. If it faces west or south, in the summer the garage will be quite a bit warmer with the dark option, unless the door and garage are well insulated. If that makes a difference to you, might be something to consider. My garage door faces due west and it can easily get up to 120° in summer when the door is closed and I have a white insulted door.

  • Top - I like the shutters, but I might paint the garage door the darker color.

I think the bottom one looks more modern - and it would be even more fabulous with a bright colorful front door to draw your eye to it. :)

    Bottom of course.

Bottom. The shutters are way too small for the windows to look authentic. Third option- what about a soft sage green for the garage doors?

I agree with Thea. The shutters on the top version are too small for the windows. Otherwise, though, the lighter trim and garage door color is fine. Are you pulling these colors from the brick? That is an easy way to match trim to brick, but it's not the only option. The brick is a warm neutral and should work with muted color tones.

I like the bottom, garage door darker is better, and I might also try a photo with those gable facia painted the same deep brown.

Oh i was answering you on your other thread. I suggested you go for a lighter color but now I see that was the color you started with?
