Yes it is paintable.Clean,dry and spray paint with rustoleums 2X spray paint for plastic,two light coats,allow to dry and spray with a uv clear repellant

Get paint that will adhere to the plastic material and it should work. You might need to seal it. I believe Krylon claims it will, but I have never had good luck with Krylon.

I would not. Anytime you try and alter a manufacturer's paint or color job, you will find eventually you wish you had not. You are asking to put a coat of paint on top of a true color saturated fabric that will see use and stretch and movement. Get white cushions to put on it.

Yup! Spray paint will make it very easy and consistent!

I've also spray painted a lot of vinyl furniture, sometimes using spray paint especially for plastics and sometimes not. I've had very good luck either way. Just make sure your item to be painted is very clean before you start painting.

Just remember to thoroughly clean the surface. Investigate if a primer coat is recommended. If not, plan on two or three light coats rather than thick ones for more coverage and durability.
