"these edgers" would be what? Are you referring to a device that looks like a trowel used to round the corners on newly poured concrete? Ones I know of don't need paint. They are made of stainless steel.
I assume the concrete edger is metal? If so a good metal paint should work well.
exterior concrete paint
If you’re talking about the grey colored concrete stones for edging, they make a concrete dye that you can probably use. Something like you would use to paint a cement porch.
I'd also use an exterior concrete paint for this
