Use a spray exterior fabric paint
Hi Devak1821
I found a video that used fabric paint - just be sure that it's made to use outdoors. The person who did the video also suggested that you use a waterproofing paint to protect it. Wishing you the best.

Not specifically on an outdoor umbrella, but I have used it on other outdoor projects exposure to the elements & it has been fine!
I’m going to use an exterior grade latex paint on mine....wet the fabric with a sprayer, then paint on with a brush. I am figuring on two coats but don’t intend to sand inbetween.
