Sparky paint 2x it comes in so many colors and it's got primer in it and works wonders on plastic

Rustolium makes a great spray paint for that.
krylon and Rustoleum make spray paint for this
use special spray paint made for plastic. Works like a charm.
I have used spray paint from Rustoleum for this same purpose. It worked great and I highly recommend it. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
