I would get a few bottles of the Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser and a good stiff brush to clean the floor..... my car detailer uses this stuff to clean car grease off everything when he's detailing. I would use a sealer but if its real ugly a concrete paint or stain (must be done before sealing).

Pressure wash it. Wait until the concrete is completely dry then paint with concrete paint if you want. Pressure washing works wonders. You might need to pour some bleach on the really bad stains first.

You could try Muriatic acid for the stains, then power wash it before you apply anything to it. My neighbors power wash theirs all the time.

There is a product Flo-coat by Sakrete for putting a fresh surface on concrete. Priming not required but I am sure a clean greasefree surface will be required. Hope it works for your project. Good luck!

We use cement paint and you can buy it at a hardware store. It works great, and you can pick from different colors.

YYou can start by sweeping away any debrie then mix 1/2 cup Powdered Tide laundry detergent and 1/4 cup amonia, into a bucket. I prefer to get on my hands and knees but you can also use a standard mop be sure to pay extra attention to the areas of heavy stain. Scrub these with a SOS,, soap pad first then mop the evtire area rinse repeat. Aallow to thouroughly dry. Apply Thompson's Concrete sealer and you should find clean up is so much easier.hint after your floor dries, you can buy a concrete paint, paint your floors, make sure to use the traction additive into the paint then seal after the 2nd coat dries. At my work we died this to our bay floor, I work for a private Ambulance company, with ambulances in and out constant high traffic this was a life saver, our bay is 60ft X 90ft. We could either in a home setting also place cardboard boxes flattened and trimmed so when you straddle them pulling into the garage they would said he any oil dripping. Easy to pull replace as needed. I have done my 2 1/2 car home garage it's wonderful.
