You can use any craft paint and seal it with a outdoor clear preservative
Are you talking about the copper/green effect? If so, there are a lot of kits you can get at any craft or hardware-type store. Or, just use a metallic paint of your choice for outdoor use. I love that look too, and rhubarb leaves make the best castings!
