I want to repaint my concrete front porch- how can I prevent chipping?

If you want to repaint it, alllll the old stuff has to come off first. There's a special paint just for concrete walking floors that you should use, but the surface has to be totally clean first or it wont stick. I would tile it. Scrape and Scrub off as much of the peeling paint off as possible first
