Can I use left-over interior paint for deck outdoor?
Can I use the left-over interior paint for my deck outdoor and seal it with exterior water-based sealer? I plan to add a lot of water to the paint so the wood grains could still be seen through the paint. I figure that watered-down interior paint under exterior seal will be fine. Am I wrong?

Totally wrong. Will peel and not hold up. Have to use deck stain. Use the non opaque stain to see the wood grain. No additiona sealer needed. Sorry
I wish to use blue color. Does non opaque stain have blue color?
I wouldn't use an interior product outside as the outside products have UV protection added to them to prevent fading...... your interior product would fade out very fast outside with sun exposure. Use a deck stain..... https://www.homedepot.com/b/Paint-Exterior-Stain-Sealers-Wood-Deck-Stain/Blues/N-5yc1vZbbbmZ1z13o7a
I'm afraid it would fade, crack, and peel in no time. I love how you're thinking outside the box though!
