The BEST paint is one made for concrete garage floors. You can find it in the paint department at most home stores like Lowe's, Home Depot and the like. It is not cheap but it will last. You can also by mica chips (sold nearby) to add a touch of decor to the floor. Follow the instructions and you won't regret the investment.
I agree with Archie, Epoxy. The best paint jobs for a garage concrete floor also had the best prep done. Tire marks, oils and grease need to be removed. Muriatic acid is used to remove oils and grease. Read all instructions, use personnel protection equipment and proper tools. Make sure you have a MSDS for this product.

I used Sears Patio and Garage floor coating about 8 years ago. Simple to clean and the surface is still looking great.
There is a special epoxy paint for garage floors. Check with your local hardware or paint store.
