Cheap to Bohemian

I purchased this cheap shelf a while ago because it cost $20 and I thought it was cute. I made the mistake of leaving a wet glass on it and it left a raised ring. I finally decided I had to do something about it so I dragged it in my yard. Operation makeover...
I sanded it and sprayed it black. I used the cheap 99 cent spray paint
I ordered this stencil off eBay. I really liked the design
I chose three colors to use. I love the sample paints they sell in lowes now. That has really opened up my world of decorating. They are really much better than craft paints to me. They look better and apply easier.
And I used brushes from walmart. nothing fancy
I used spray adhesive to tackle down the stencil while painting
I applied this motif but it look plain
So I added some turquoise dots
I did each shelf different...here are the photos
I used a border from a different stencil
The finished product
It matches my TV stand
